High Efficiency Core
X-TRA Cool Radiators feature a high efficiency core, with heavy-duty tubes and more fins per inch to maximize cooling capabilities.
Internally Reinforced
Special aluminum brazing techniques are used during construction to increase strength. The reinforced ends tubes and added strength at the outside corners protect the core where it is most vulnerable.
Gasket Design
XDP uses a proprietary rubber gasket to withstand contraction, expansion, and flex in the front end of your truck.
Upgraded End Tanks
Strategically placed reinforcement ribs are added to the end tanks to eliminate common failure points. The plastic mix used to construct these tanks has a fiber reinforcement to increased strength over the factory tanks.
Upgraded Mounting Points
To eliminate failure from mounting locations, the integrated mounting points have been upgraded for added strength and longevity.
Tank Attachment
Using a heavy gauge steel crimp strip instead of aluminum like the factory is another construction method used to make the X-TRA Cool Radiators last. This heavy-duty crimp helps to eliminate the tank and core separation common with the factory radiator.
