The Xpressor OER Series Turbo follow a rigorous remanufacturing process that ensures it meets OEM specifications. Each turbo is disassembled into individual components, all parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Checks are performed for damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. All bearing surfaces are then precision machined before reassembly. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced. End of line testing is done to ensure proper operation. A turbocharger installation kit is also included with new O-rings, bolts, and oil feed line gasket.
