Each fuel injector is precision remanufactured and exceeds the manufacturer's most current specifications, resulting in less than a 0.2 percent warranty rate. After the remanufacturing process, fuel injectors undergo rigorous testing to ensure nozzle flow, and leakage to guarantee maximum performance and an OE-consistent balanced fuel delivery.
The fuel injector bodies feature a Mil-Spec coating for improved rust resistance. Each unit comes complete with new O-rings, a fuel injector hold down bolt, and new fuel injector line to prevent corrosion or debris that can cause damage to the new injector.
Quality and Testing: Assembled in a class 100,000 clean room, using original procedure and equipment. Advanced end-of-line examinations, tests the opening characteristics, delivery, and leakage. All reman assembly and production testing conducted on OE manufacturing equipment.

• A $500 core charge will be added to your shopping cart unless you elect to send your cores in first.
• If you select sending cores in first, we will not process your order until your cores have arrived. There will be a 5% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped.
• If you select to NOT send cores in first (pay the core charge) your order will be processed right away and you can send your core to receive a refund for the core amount. Cores must be received within 60 days of when your product was shipped. After 60 days there will be a late fee of 10% per month deducted from the core value.
