Each Fuel Injector is precision remanufactured to ensure it exceeds the engine manufacturers' most current design specifications, resulting in less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. Each fuel injector features improved end cap assemblies to help fix cold start issues, and the nozzle flow testing process gives this injector like-new performance.
This injector features all new connectors, O-rings, internal hardware and springs, with the intensifier body and plunger matched to eliminate fuel dilution. A precision matched control valve and spool help to minimize oil leakage and maximize power output.
Quality and Testing Assembled in a clean environment, using original procedure and equipment. Advanced end-of-line examinations, tests fuel delivery, leakage and opening characteristics.
All reman assembly and production testing conducted on OE manufacturing equipment.

• A $500 core charge will be added to your shopping cart unless you elect to send your cores in first.
• If you select sending cores in first, we will not process your order until your cores have arrived. There will be a 5% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped.
• If you select to NOT send cores in first (pay the core charge) your order will be processed right away and you can send your core to receive a refund for the core amount. Cores must be received within 60 days of when your product was shipped. After 60 days there will be a late fee of 10% per month deducted from the core value.
