Each XDP unit meets or exceeds the factory specifications and tolerances to ensure that you get a quality replacement. XDP Injectors are remanufactured in an IATF facility by specially trained technicians.
Each Fuel Injector is disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and undergoes an extensive inspection. Any compromised components are replaced with high-quality components that maintain the factory fit, function, and specifications.
The attention to detail during the remanufacturing process results in a less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. All Injectors are tested to perform with factory flow and hp rating and are dependable in all temperatures and conditions.
Quality and Testing: Each Injector undergoes 100 percent performance testing to test for nozzle flow, leakage, and seat condition. Advanced end-of-line test for fuel delivery, opening characteristics and leakage. Function tested to meet OE specifications

• A $500 core charge will be added to your shopping cart unless you elect to send your cores in first.
• If you select sending cores in first, we will not process your order until your cores have arrived. There will be a 5% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped.
• If you select to NOT send cores in first (pay the core charge) your order will be processed right away and you can send your core to receive a refund for the core amount. Cores must be received within 60 days of when your product was shipped. After 60 days there will be a late fee of 10% per month deducted from the core value.
