XDP Exhaust manifold Bolt Kit for Ford 6.4L Power Stroke (Black-Phosphate) XDP offers the XDP Exhaust Manifold Bolt Kit (Black-Phosphate) XD626 that will replace the broken bolts on the timing cover of your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. These (8) Class 10.9 fasteners feature 150,000 PSI tensile strength for durability and a black phosphate finish that operates as an anti-galling agent. There is no need for a washer because the bolts' flange distributes pressure where the bolt contacts the surface.
