From the bulb seal to the preinstalled hinges to the beefy gas struts, every high-quality part helps make this one awesome XUV 550 windshield. Plus, with no drilling required, this windshield goes on easy for a secure, rattle-free fit.
Polycarbonate Makes the Strongest Windshields
We use 1/4” polycarbonate because it’s the strongest UTV windshield material around. In fact, it’s 25 times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. It’s built for real riding—rocks, branches, and rollovers won’t crack this poly. And that’s before we add hard coating.
XR Optic Hard Coating
We take the strongest material and add our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating to both sides to make it incredibly scratch resistant. With extreme abrasion resistance, you get excellent clarity after years of riding. Plus, the boosted UV protection prevents spots and yellowing that plague other windshields over time.
