Polycarbonate Rocks
We use polycarbonate for our windshields because it’s the perfect side-by-side material. It’s 250 times stronger than glass so no matter how big the clods of dirt are that you kick off your rear tires, this windshield won’t break.

Incredible impact resistance is great, but it doesn’t do much to fight off scratches. That’s why we coat both sides of this Can-Am Maverick rear windshield with our optional XR Optic Hard Coating. Our proprietary blend offers unmatched scratch and UV resistance to give you a windshield that’s as perfect on day 1,000 as it was on day one.
