Our primary clutch assembly for the XP 1000 is fully assembled and ready to hit the trail. It’s designed to work with your OEM secondary clutch, clutch arm, and clutch springs. Just install them in your upgraded primary clutch, drop the clutch in, and you’ll be ready to destroy miles and miles of trail.
Built to Last with Billet Aluminum…
At SuperATV, we’ve destroyed more clutches and belts than you can count (all for research, of course). We know exactly where stock clutches go wrong. We designed our clutch assembly with a 100% 6061-T6 billet aluminum body. It’s tougher than the cast aluminum used in stock clutches and it’s naturally balanced, which eliminates the need for balancing holes used by OEM that can compromise strength.
…And Chromoly Steel
We use 4140 chromoly steel for the spider rollers and pins. They’re stronger and smoother than factory, so you can push your RZR to the limits without backing down. This clutch is more reliable than stock and it’ll destroy fewer belts. That’s what you should expect from SuperATV.
