A busted radius means you’re probably losing your hub and breaking an axle too. Whatever happens, your ride is over. That’s why we use 6061 billet aluminum to make our radius rods. Why should you care what they’re made of? Billet aluminum gives you an amazing strength-to-weight ratio—they’re super strong and they’re lighter than your stock radius arms. Combine that with massive 7/8” monoball joints and extra clearance to avoid banging into obstacles, and you get radius arms that stand up to abuse with superior performance.
