These 7075 aluminum constructed hex radius arms are sleek and strong. The set comes complete with 4 radius arms and 5/8” x 18 heim joints. We use steel helical inserts for the heim threads to ensure they never pull out. Plus, all that strength and style is backed by a lifetime warranty. Made of 7075 Aluminum Our radius arms are made with CNC machined aluminum in a rigid hex shape. We use 7075 aluminum because it has one of the best strength-to-weight ratios you can get. That means we can make a 32mm solid aluminum bar that’s much stronger than your OEM 19mm bar, and it won’t weigh you down. The hex design is rugged and practical. It allows you to adjust tie rod length and wheel camber on the fly with just a wrench. That makes installation easy and maintenance even easier. 5/8” Heims and Helical Inserts Each radius arm comes complete with an inner and outer 5/8” x 18 chromoly steel heim joint. They’re super tough and made tougher with the use of steel helical inserts. These inserts are built into the treads of the radius arms giving the heims something unbreakable to thread into. We made them tough because we want you to be able fly through trails and send your UTV over jumps without worrying about your radius arms.
