Heavy Duty 13" Single Disc Clutch Kit with Flywheel for 425hp / 900tq & 20k Tpwing Capacity. This heavy duty 13" design clutch kit with an extra thick, extra wide premium Organic lining. Perfect for moderate tuning and heavy towing while maintaining smooth engagement. Clutch Fits: 1988-2004 5.9L NV4500 or Getrag (5 speed) 1999-2000.5 5.9L NV5600 (6speed) with 235hp Non HO engine The Dyna Max kit features a performance organic lining on a carcelled fin. The pressure plate is modified for higher plate load and smoothness of engagement. This clutch was designed to cure premature disc failure due to high horse power and heavy hauling in the 5 speed and early 6 speed non-ETH 12.25" clutches. South Bend has taken the 13" ETH Clutch and modified it to accept the 1.25" input shaft. By doing this, it enabled them to offer a disc center that is 2-3 times larger and stronger then can be provided in the 12.25" clutch kits. This kit comes with a flywheel, re-drilled and refaced to accept the larger clutch and is rated to handle up to 425 horsepower & 850 ft. lbs. of torque. South Bend Clutch utilizes Cryogenic Processing to strengthen their clutch kits. Deep cryogenic treating is a one-time process that permanently and dramatically improves the performance and useful life of metals in these clutch kits.
