These Licenses can unlock any of the power levels. They are assigned 1 License per FICM. The Power level can be changed on the FICM at anytime without use of an additional License. You will need to be on the phone with our staff while having your FICM tuner available so we can walk you through the unlock procedure and provide you the unlock code.
