Industrial Injection HX40 4" Downpipe for Dodge 5.9L Cummins, 2nd Gen (with Clamp) All PhatShaft turbos for the 1994 through early 2002 Cummins require a 4" downpipe, as opposed to the factory 3.5". This downpipe replaces the factory downpipe and mounts to the 4" outlet of the PhatShaft turbos. It will come with an exhaust clamp.
