FASS Titanium Signature Series Dual Electric Diesel Fuel Heater Kit Our Titanium Series Dual Electric Heater Kits are an extremely effective upgrade for FASS Fuel Systems being used in extremely cold climates. Each FASS Titanium Series System has 2 ports for electric heater probes which help aid in cold weather starts and keep fuel from gelling while driving during extremely cold temperatures. With your key in the “on” position, this Dual Electric Heater Probe Kit will automatically activate when your fuel temperature drops below 34° Fahrenheit, and will automatically shut off after your fuel reaches operating temperature. Once powered-on, fuel is heated by both electric heater probes as it enters the FASS System, preventing gelling of the diesel fuel in the FASS filters. As the FASS continually polishes the fuel, it will heat the fuel in the fuel tank, further preventing gelling. Once the fuel reaches optimal temperature the FASS Electric Heater Probes will automatically power off, eliminating the possibility of overheating the diesel fuel. Simply put, this is a set-it-and-forget-it upgrade for whatever mother nature throws your way!
