That 3rd party tuner can create the custom files specific to your truck and email them back to you, at which point you can simply drag and drop them from your PC to the Insight+ folder, and return to the vehicle to finalize the flash process. This kit is built specific for 2017-2019 GM L5P Duramax applications and includes all required hardware to be able to monitor and unlock/flash ECM 3rd Party calibrations intot the truck.
