DV8 Offroad Tire Carrier for Ford Bronco DV8’s 6th Gen Bronco Tire Carrier assumes the weight of the spare tire and reinforces the tailgate. This prevents unnecessary wear on the hinges and vehicle frame. With its heavy-duty steel design, the carrier is capable of holding the spare and door in place even when your Bronco is jostled during hard-core off-road ventures. Our tire carrier doesn’t hinder your ability to easily load and access your gear in the rear cargo space by retaining the factory tailgate’s capacity to open-up greater than 150°. Included with the carrier is an antenna/whip flag mount and self-lubricating brass bushings. A third brake light extension is also included, so you can maintain all of the OEM features. The carrier is finished in a resilient micro-texture black powder coat that accents your rig’s exterior styling. It is fully bolt-on for a straightforward install process, and it is compatible with all DV8 rear bumpers, as well as our Rear License Plate Relocation Bracket. * Please Note: Will not fit the Raptor trim level. ** Please Note: Assistance with installation is highly recommended.
