Repair bent or crushed intake plenums instead of replacing them. This set of "no crush" inserts make for a better boot seal as well as adding significant strength to the easily deformed plenums. Simply push in the inserts and re-install your engine valley boots.
FITMENT and INSTALLATION:
There are two (2) variations of engine plenums on the 7.3L PSD.
There are situations where your vehicle may be 'converted' to a different year style turbo setup which means it is always best to physically identify your set first. Please refer to the following:
• 1994-1997 & Early 1999 - 2" Diameter
• 1999.5 - 2003 - 3" Diameter
These sleeves are designed with a bevel to catch the lip of your plenum which should have an inward flare at the outer edge shown below. If the plenum is too bent out of shape, this inner lip may need reformed for the insert to catch.
