We looked at the common concerns with the original 6.0L water pumps - such as the consistent failures of the plastic impeller and inadequate coolant flow - when designing our billet impeller.
DIESELSITE wanted to overcome these issues while still maintaining an economical solution, so we took the same technology used when producing the Wicked Wheel® 2 billet turbo compressor wheels.
This design not only increases the strength but also addresses the heating issues while still keeping functionality at an affordable price versus a completely billet pump.
