The AVP Stainless EGR Branch Pipe Kit is a direct replacement upgrade for 2004.5–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke engines equipped with the square-style EGR cooler. This heavy duty branch pipe connects the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold and up-pipe, delivering reliable sealing and improved durability over the factory component.
Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, the pipe is precisely sized to maximize heat energy transfer to the turbocharger while retaining EGR functionality. Internally shielded stainless flex couplings keep flexible material out of direct contact with exhaust gases, preventing burnout and extending service life.
