There are three Ford 6.0L front engine covers (International uses a different one altogether). 3C3Z (03'), 4C3Z(04') and 5C3Z(05'+).
• The 3C and 4C are interchangeable just the water pump size increased from 90mm to 100mm.
• The 5C cover has a 3 o'clock lower radiator hose outlet whereas the 3C & 4C have a 4 o'clock outlet.
*If you have a late 2004 with the 100mm Water Pump, you can either use the 3C3Z6019D kit and switch to the 90mm water pump, or use this front cover and change out the radiator hose (5C3Z-8286-DH).
